Tom Cruise is NUTS — dot com, bitches!

The website Tom Cruise is Nuts is not only a must-read, but will surely have new fodder added for months to come.

A quote from the site:

“If vitamins and exercise alone explain why Tom Cruise is so, um, knowledgeable and well-grounded, pass the Prozac.”
- Chicago Tribune

I know I take the whole scientology thing a bit personally, what with them solely responsible for the death of my biological mother and all, but I have to say that I’ve decided to boycott every film Tom Cruise makes.

People, we can vote with our dollars and let Hollywood scientologists know that we hold them responsible for endorsing a murderous cult.

Thanks to Julie of It’s a Trip! for the link!

  2. No shit and amen, sister. That dumb fuckers not getting another dime from me. He’ll be lucky if I ever put my Top Gun DVD in just to marvel at the awesomeness of my surround sound system again! :)

Did I ever mention that Pam was an avid exercise enthusiast & vitamin whore? Didn’t keep her from putting a gun to her head.

  3. I’ve been a defender of Tom Cruise as an actor for a long time, but there’s no defense for his recent tirades. Makes it tough for me to take him seriously now.

  4. I used to think he was cute in the Top gun days, now he’s just another Hollywood dimwit who thinks we actually care about his babblings.
I wish I hadn’t wasted those 4 hours yesterday downloading ‘war of the worlds’ :o

  5. Hiya,
I just surfed in from somewhere and couldn’t help notice your post on Tom Cruise.
Heh, i have to admit, that even though i’m a great admirer of him, it still does leave me baffled by his recent antics.
Could be that he finally found himself in a mid-life crisis kinda thingie??
    Cheers!

  6. I don’t think most men in a midlife crisis go around telling the mentally ill to stop seeing their psychiatrist, and then promoting the cult of scientology, which has been responsible for hundreds of people’s deaths.

How can you admire someone who does those things? Who the fuck else do you admire? Charlie Manson?

  7. Tom Cruise is a pompous, arrogant little S—! Although I have never suffered from “postpartum” depression, I have suffered from clinical depression for many years. If I had depended on proper diet, exercise and vitamins alone WITHOUT the help of anitdepressants, I would have killed myself many years ago. Because of his “celebrity status” his comments have, no doubt, caused many people to either go off these VITAL medications, or to refuse to take them in the first place, endangering themselves greatly. HE “knows psychiatry”! PUH-LEEZ! I hope that if and when Katie has a child she suffers from the most severe postpartum depression imaginable. Perhaps once he sees it first-hand in someone he loves he may recognize that he isn’t the “be all, end all” little S— he believes himself to be!!!
